This beautiful little cottage in South West London is our home! It houses a small studio, perfect for rehearsals, table reads, meetings, workshops, counselling sessions, private lessons – from pilates or yoga, to singing or academic tuition – and much more!
Separate to the main house, with its own entrance, the studio offers complete privacy.
Available for hire
The Studio measures 5.97m x 3.08m (19’7 x 10’1) has its own private bathroom, and hire of the space automatically includes use of a small fridge, a microwave, and a kettle.
Optional extra facilities include:
- Coffee, tea & biscuits
- Table and up to 7 chairs
- Easel, whiteboard and pens
- Shower (with or without bath towels)
- Use of the garden outside (shared with the main house but can be reserved for your exclusive use upon request)
Prices:
Prices start from £15 per hour (£10 for charitable organisations)
