The Poetry & the Pity

‘My subject is War, and the pity of War.
The Poetry is in the pity…’

Wilfred Owen (1893-1918)

Following the success of Warriors: Remembering the Brave, our third Remembrance production was another evening of poetry, prose, music and drama, this time recalling the sacrifice made by members of Britain’s Armed Forces and those whom they leave behind.  Once again, this production was staged in aid of the Forces charity Combat Stress, raising a fantastic £1,056 in a single night!

If you were unable to attend but would nevertheless like to contribute to Combat Stress, you can still donate online via our JustGiving page for the show.  Every penny is much appreciated!
